Nag Oven Roast Chicken ko unya ang luto ug rice cake para sa amoa dessert. Saon man gyud nga kinahanglan man gyud dessert inig human ug kaon heheheh. Bitaw ning akong laki hasta ka addict sa dessert mao himuon para hapsay ang panihapon.

Para sa Oven Roast Chicken or Letchon oh unsa inyong I pangalan mao ni ang kinahanglanon:

ang panihapon

1 small lemon
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
small pc. of ginger
5 green onions
5 tbsp. soy sauce2 tbsp. white cooking wine
1 tbsp. vinegar
Flavor injector

Mao ni pagluto sorry ha English ni akong gi copy sa akong blog kapoy naman gud translet ba heheheh:

1. Preheat the Oven to 325 degree.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Lay the chicken into a oven pan.
4. Get the flavor injector to used to inject the sauce to the chicken.
5. After injecting all the juice put the remaining of the juice inside the chicken tummy which is the ginger and the garlic.
6. Then put the green onions too to give it a flavor.
7. Before putting the chicken inside the oven.
8. Cover it with olive oil and a little soy sauce.
9. Spread olive oil and soy sauce every 25 minutes to have a nice moist.
10. Bake it for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Unya sa among dessert mao ni nawong ai.

rice cake

Mao ni ang kinahanglan:

3 cup of sweet rice
2 cups coconut milk
3 cups of brown sugar
1 cup water

Mao ni pagluto nako:

1. Wash the sweet rice before cooking.
2. Cooking the sweet rice with the coconut milk.
3. Put the heat is medium to avoid burning the sweet rice.
4. Wait till the sweet rice boil and then put the heat is low.
5. Mix it to avoid burning the bottom.
6. While waiting for the sweet rice to cook.
7. Prepare the wok and put the water and sugar.
8. Put the heat into Medium and bring it to boil.
9. Stir it from time to time until it’s thick
10. At the same time check the pot to see if the sweet rice is cooked already.
11. Then turn off fire and just leave the sweet rice in the pot for awhile.
12. After you have the syrup thick, pour some syrup into the pot.
13. Mix it well to the sweet rice so the rice will have equal syrup.
14. Remember not to pour all the syrup, left some that you can put on the top of the cake.
15. Form the cake whatever shape you want.
16. Pour the rest of the syrup on the top to finish the cake.
