Chicken Stir-Fry

dia para di lang ako ang gutomon hahha
one day I had a hard time what to make for supper but I got creative:) this one really taste good!! there’s no exact amount of ingredients so just eyeball it like I do okay? but I will write the measurements for guidance:)
*************Chicken Stir-Fry******************

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups carrots, cut into lengthwise
1 green bell pepper, cut into lengthwise
1 red bell pepper, cut into lengthwise
5 stalks of celery, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb. chicken , cut into servings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 vinegar
pepper and MSG ( optional) for taste
1 tbsp. oil (for marinating)
1 tbsp. oil
Procedure:

1. In a 1 gal. freezer bag, put in soy sauce, vinegar, oil, pepper and MSG(optional).

2. Add chicken and shake it to soak the chicken. Marinate for half hour to 1 hour.

3. Cook fry chicken until done. Check the chicken, it should be 180*. Set aside,
4. Heat oil, saute garlic and onions.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients cook until tender crisp.
6. add in cooked chicken and stir-fry. season with salt and pepper if you like.
7. Serve with rice.

Get Well Soon, Vicki

Naoperahan si Vicki aka Bonbon sa Stuttgart, Germany pila naka adlaw ang nilabay ug tua paron sa hospital, nagpaayo pa. Looy tawon siya kay di siya kakaon ug di katulon kay naoperahan man siya sa ampapangig. Atong iampo ang iya hamtong nga pagpaayo.
